Our spacious three bedroom apartment homes are as roomy as many single family homes without the responsibilities of home ownership. Verizon FIOS internet access, individually controlled central air conditioning and gas heat, and private storage space are just a few of the features in every apartment. In addition to a beautiful apartment, rent includes all amenities, water, sewer, trash and snow removal, renter's insurance, and 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Residents are responsible to pay their gas, electric, telephone and cable service.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge. Short term leases may be available, as well as furnished corporate apartments, for an additional charge. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 per person is required to be paid by certified check or money order. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 ½- months rent.
